1. Controller
Zeroˣ Digit LLC (“we”, “us”) operates zerodigitx.com and is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact:
- [email protected]
- (281) 468-9892
- La Porte / Houston, TX, USA
2. Data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect: name, email address, optional business name, service interest, approximate budget, message content, language preference, a coarse network identifier (for abuse prevention), and your explicit consent record. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (health, biometrics, government IDs).
3. Purposes
We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a commercial proposal if requested, prevent spam and abuse, and improve our service quality. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal bases (GDPR) and notices (CCPA/CPRA)
Where GDPR applies: processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(b)/(a)) and/or our legitimate interest in securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where CCPA/CPRA applies to California residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise rights of access, deletion, and correction by emailing us.
5. Retention
Contact submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV with an automatic time-to-live of approximately 24 months (730 days), after which records are deleted without manual action, unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us. Abuse logs may be kept shorter (e.g., 90 days).
6. Processors and transfers
We may use infrastructure and email providers (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting/CDN, and an email delivery provider when notifications are enabled) acting as processors under contract. Data may be processed in the United States. We apply reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may designate an authorized agent for certain requests. We will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use essential local storage to remember your theme preference (light/dark). When enabled, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics is configured with IP anonymization. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
9. Security
We apply technical measures including HTTPS, security headers, input validation, rate limiting, and minimization of personal data in logs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Contact for privacy requests
